The Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA) services ten communities along the Colorado River and I-70 corridor as well as the Roaring Fork Valley from Parachute to Aspen. The purpose of the RFTA Regional Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Transit Access Plan is to provide a clear framework towards the development of new facilities that alongside existing facilities will contribute to a more complete network of safe and healthy alternatives to motorized transportation.
